Pi Chi Chi Chapter of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated was established on February 20, 2016, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Lacy Thomas was elected as the chapter’s inaugural president. Under Thomas’ leadership, eleven other professional registered nurses joined forces to pursue Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated’s mission of elevating the plane of nursing and increasing interest in the field of nursing.

Pi Chi Chi Chapter continues to demonstrate resilience and commitment to upholding Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated’s motto, “Service for Humanity.” The chapter is dedicated to providing programs that promote community health and well-being in Little Rock, Arkansas, and surrounding communities. Its focus remains on developing healthy communities through advocacy, collaboration, education, leadership, research, and service.
